2. How do I purchase a GIFTMORE Dollar Card? Simply click here to order and securely purchase your GIFTMORE card via this website. Alternatively, you can phone 1300 661 711 to place an order, or purchase at the Reception Desk of all Rendezvous Hotels. 3. What amounts are GIFTMORE Dollar Cards available in? The minimum amount is $100 and the maximum amount is $1000 (available in increments of $50). 4. What do I do if I want to purchase more than $1000 on one GIFTMORE Dollar Card? You would have to purchase more than one Card. You can purchase multiple cards up to $1000 in value each. 5. Are there any fees or charges associated with GIFTMORE Dollar Cards? We do not charge any fees for using GIFTMORE Dollar Cards. Postage charges (from $7.50) do apply for Cards ordered online. 6. What do I do if I want to buy multiple GIFTMORE Dollar Cards on behalf of a company? If you wish to purchase a quantity of GIFTMORE Dollar Cards on behalf of a company, please contact the GIFTMORE Coordinator via email: giftmore@rend.com.au or phone: 1800 088 888. 7. How do I know how many GIFTMORE Dollars are left on my Card? Customers may check the balance of their Card at any time by clicking on the GIFTMORE Cardholder Login link available on this website and entering their Card details as shown or at the Reception Desk of any Rendezvous Hotel. 8. Can I put additional value onto my Card? Additional value cannot be added to a Card. All transactions are declined once a Card balance reaches zero. Any additional value sought by a customer will require the purchase of a new Card. 9. Where can I use my GIFTMORE Dollars? Your GIFTMORE Dollar Card has been loaded with the total amount indicated on the back of your GIFTMORE Dollar Card. Your Dollars can be redeemed towards pre-booked accommodation (at the hotel "Rate of the Day"), in the hotel restaurant and bar or towards other incidental charges at any Rendezvous Hotel. The Card can be used towards payment, or part-payment, of your final account. A GIFTMORE Dollar Card can be used many times, at one or more Rendezvous hotels, until the Card balance reaches zero. 10. Can I use my GIFTMORE Dollar Card in all Rendezvous Hotels and Resorts worldwide? No, At the moment GIFTMORE Dollar Cards are only issued in AUD currency and these are only available to be used throughout Australian hotels. A GIFTMORE Dollar Card issued in USD currency will be available shortly which will be able to be used at any hotel throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. 11. 12. How long is my GIFTMORE Dollar Card valid for? Your Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, shown on the reverse of your Card. 13. Can I extend the validity of my Card? No, your Card is valid for 12 months only. The Card microchip will de-activate 12 months after the date of issue. 14. Can I cash-in the balance of my Card? GIFTMORE Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash, and cash change is not available in exchange for any remaining credit on the Card. 15. Can I have my Card replaced if it is lost or stolen? The Card should be looked after like cash. Unfortunately Rendezvous cannot replace the Card if it is lost or stolen. 16. Will I be guaranteed to get the dates and accommodation I want? Reservations at participating hotels and restaurants are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Certain times of the year can be very busy, so please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Participating hotels may change from time to time – an up-to-date list may be obtained online at www.rendezvoushotels.com 17. Who do I call if I have questions about my GIFTMORE Dollar Card? Please contact the hotel of your choice or the GIFTMORE Coordinator on 1800 088 888 with any questions you may have. 18. Can I book via a website or Travel Agent?
